Just finished reading
Evenings With Cary Grant. What at amazing read. I teared up at least a couple of times, most upon reading the his final years --- the blissful years he spent with his wife Barbara (whom former wife Dyan Cannon referred to as the only woman Cary ever really loved) and his young adult daughter Jennifer.
I celebrated/ toasted to Cary's life by grabbing a three Krispy Kreme donuts (I ate only 2, gave one to a colleague) and a cup of black brewed coffee. Perfect, I thought... Cary, according to the book, had such a sweet tooth.
I shall read it again.
