I’m gonna be honest…I find Tumblr to be a really irritating place whenever anything political happens. Suddenly all these posts show up on my dashboard painting these people I think I like in different lights. I make it a point to not talk politics in general and definitely not on this blog. Here’s the thing: the only thing I know is that I don’t ever really know the whole story. I don’t ever really know how things actually work. I don’t know every side. I can’t possibly know all the details. Sometimes in life things sound nice but don’t actually really work when implemented.

So, I try to stay pretty neutral generally and I try not to believe in something just because it sounds nice and rosy.

Basically what I do know is that I don’t know much at all.

It just bothers me when people spout opinions and assertions and all they’re doing is parroting media or parroting whatever is trendy to believe at the time. We’re just never going to have all the facts. Obviously free speech and all that but I just wish people would take more time to form their opinions before throwing them out into the world.
