It's interesting how most people in my generation think that working for one company for 5 years is a remarkable feat. I don't completely get it. Nothing revolutionary about that. Forgive how patronizing this sounds but I feel like people my age and slightly younger have really short attention spans and have absolutely no concept of the value of hard work and committing to something professionally.
