I ought to give movies the type of viewing setting they are due. Best way to watch them is in a quiet, dimly lit room, on a big screen. Does not have to resemble a legit movie house's, but a big screen nevertheless.
Also watched Dick Cavett's 1971 interview with Mr. Bob Mitchum. Damn, that Mitchum is damnstraight articulate, YET he's not long-winded. Just perfect. I can listen to him talk all day. I mistakenly thought I first saw Mitchum in The Night of The Hunter but I completely forgot that I first set eyes on him in 1995's Dead Man, starring with no less than Johnny Depp.
That was Mitchum's final role.
